What does the MGO 690+ mean? This grade is a reflection of the level of Methylglyoxal that is present per kilogram of honey. For example MGO 690+ means that there is no less than 690 milligrams of Methylglyoxal in one kilogram of the honey that is in that jar. How high the levels of Methylglyoxal are is directly related to the level of therapeutic benefit in that jar.
