Shipping Was Unexpected and Really Appreciated
I have not yet had a chance to try this product but I'm sure it's going to work just well as everything else in the line. The whole like is incredible and I'm glad I found it. However, the thing that impressed me most is I live in Arizona and it was around 110 when I ordered the product. When it was scheduled to arrive, I was expecting it to be completely melted. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and there were 2 ice packs packed in the box with the balm. It was in a solid state. That is going above and beyond to ensure the product is delivered properly. I'm am a very loyal customer.

Not for me
I love Evan Healy products! I want to love and use this as well as the Sanctuary Serum, but both products overpower me with the scent of vanilla. Frankly I feel nauseous smelling such a strong scent.
